Minsk International Heat and Mass Forum
Since 1961, every 4 years, the A.V. Luikov Heat and Mass Transfer Institute has been organizing the Minsk International Heat and Mass Transfer Forum. Their distinctive feature is the breadth and depth of the heat and mass transfer problems considered, where along with the consideration of the present-day achievements of the fundamental science in the field, a considerable amount of attention is always devoted to its practical applications in engineering and industrial technologies. Therefore, the forums invariably aroused considerable interest among scientists and engineers.
In order to preserve the continuity and, first of all, to deepen the scientific-technical cooperation, to strengthen the ties with foreign scientists, the Institute holds the next XIV Minsk International Heat and Mass Transfer Forum in the period from the 10th to 13th September 2012 timing it to the 60th anniversary of theA.V. Luikov Heat and Mass Transfer Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
We hope that the XIV Minsk International Heat and Mass Transfer Forum will become a bright event in the life of scientists and in strengthening their contacts and will provide them the possibility of seeing, hearing and discussing the results obtained and outlining the prospects in the Field for the years immediately ahead.
